Massachusetts campaign finance law states that:

• The contributor certifies at the time of the contribution that he or she is using his or her own funds, and he or she is the true source of the money.

And that contributions:

• By corporate, partnerships, LLC, LLP, S-Corp, C-Corp, and other business entities checks are not permitted.

• Will only be accepted from United States citizens or individuals with Permanent Resident status.

• Exceeding $50.00 must be made by personal check or credit card.

• Are by cashiers check cannot be greater than $100.00.

• Exceeding $200.00 must include the following information:

  • Donor's occupation,

  • Donor's employer

• Cannot exceed $1,000.00 per donor per calendar year.

• Please note that donations to the Committee to Elect Tackey Chan are not tax deductible and are non-refundable.
