Registration Requirements
In order to be a voter in the Quincy, you must be:
A United States citizen
Age 18 on or before election day
A resident of Quincy
How do I register to vote?
The last day to register to vote in the 2019 preliminary municipal election is August 21st, 2019. The last day to vote for the 2019 final municipal election is October 16th, 2019. If you would like to register to vote for 2019 or find other election information, you can contact the Quincy City Clerk’s election’s office at 617-376-1132.
When do I vote?
The preliminary municipal election day is Tuesday, September 10th, 2019. The final municipal election is Tuesday, November 5th, 2019. On both days, the polls are open from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

Where do I vote?
Your voting location depends on the address on your voter registration form application. Every address has is tied to a ward and precinct. The voting locations are found on the Quincy City Clerk’s website. If you moved, you must submit a new voter registration form to reflect your address and voting location. The City of Quincy does periodically change voting locations, so you may want to check the website or call the clerk’s office to confirm location.
